API de Andorra Listings

Autenticación

Crea una clave en tu panel de la API y envíala como bearer token. Las claves empiezan en el plan gratuito; el panel muestra el plan, la cuota y las peticiones por día y endpoint de cada clave.

Endpoints

• GET /v1/properties — search. op (sale, rent, seasonal_rent), type, parish, town, minPrice, maxPrice, minRooms, minSurface, maxAge, minAge, priceChange, nearBus, nearShop, bbox, sort, limit, cursor. Without type you get homes; land, parking and premises only when asked for.
• GET /v1/properties/{id} — one property with every source advert: outbound URL, agency, reference, description, photos. Price history per advert on the Pro plan.
• GET /v1/changes?since= — properties created, updated or delisted since a moment, for keeping a copy in sync. Starter plan and up.
• GET /v1/stats?op= — active homes per parish and type with median and mean price, price per m² and size. Pro plan and up.
• GET /v1/parishes, GET /v1/towns — reference data with centroids.
