The false ceiling will also be made of anti-humidity laminated plasterboard with a smooth plastic paint finish. They will be delivered furnished, with a modern design of upper and lower cabinets. The upper units will include an LED strip for better lighting of the work area. The façades and the worktop will be finished in Dekton. Kitchens will include the following equipment: - Induction hob - Pyrolytic oven - Microwave - Extractor hood - Stainless steel sink with single-lever taps. Air conditioning Each dwelling’s heating installation is planned by a underfloor heating system in all rooms of the house. This underfloor heating will have higher density in areas where heat losses are expected. Each dwelling will have a programmable thermostat in the living room.
