What we collect from visitors

The site has no user accounts today. When you browse, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept for up to 30 days.

We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. It records the page, the referrer, the country and a coarse device category.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. If we add advertising later, this page will change first and a consent banner will be shown before any such cookie is set.

Listing data

The properties shown on this site are public adverts published by property portals and estate agencies. We store the advert text, price, features, location, the name of the publishing agency and a small copy of the first photos, and we link to the original advert on every page.

We do not store telephone numbers or email addresses that appear in adverts, and we do not build profiles of private advertisers.

Your rights

Under the Andorran data protection law (Llei 29/2021) and the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Send your request to the contact address below and we will answer within 30 days.

Who processes data for us

Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores the database in the European Union. Cloudflare serves the photo thumbnails. Each acts only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
