What we collect from visitors

When you browse, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept for up to 30 days.

We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. It records the page, the referrer, the country and a coarse device category.

If you accept the statistics banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: the pages visited, where visits come from and the kind of device. It sets cookies in your browser (_ga, kept for up to two years) and sends this usage data to Google Ireland Limited, which may process it in the United States. Nothing is loaded from Google and no such cookie is set unless you accept, and you can change your answer at any time under “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

We do not run advertising cookies, and Google Analytics runs here for statistics only, with its advertising signals refused. If we add advertising later, this page will change first and you will be asked again.

Listing data

The properties shown on this site are public adverts published by property portals and estate agencies. We store the advert text, price, features, location, the name of the publishing agency and a small copy of the first photos, and we link to the original advert on every page.

We do not store telephone numbers or email addresses that appear in adverts, and we do not build profiles of private advertisers.

Shortlists, visits and notes

If you sign in and keep homes in a shortlist, we store the list, the homes in it, their status, your rating and checklist, the visits you book and the notes you write, together with your account. A shortlist you share is visible to the people you invite and to nobody else; anyone in it can leave, and when the last person leaves, the list and everything in it is deleted.

This data is used to show you your own lists and to send you the alerts and reminders you asked for. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not read by anyone else. It is included when you ask for a copy of your data, and it is deleted with your account. We store no documents: the emails to an agency open in your own mail application and any file you attach goes from you to them.

Your rights

Under the Andorran data protection law (Llei 29/2021) and the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Send your request to the contact address below and we will answer within 30 days.

Who processes data for us

Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores the database in the European Union. Cloudflare serves the photo thumbnails. Google provides the visitor statistics for those who accept them. Each acts only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
