Who can ask

The portal or agency that published the advert, the property owner, or anyone who holds the rights to a photograph.

How to ask

Send an email to the contact address below with the link to the page on this site, or the link to the original advert, and tell us whether you want that advert, all adverts from your agency, or all adverts from your portal removed.

We do not ask for proof for a single advert. For a whole agency or portal we may ask you to write from an address on the corresponding domain.

What happens

We remove the advert and its thumbnails within two working days and stop indexing it. Agency or portal-wide requests are applied to all current and future adverts from that source.

We only keep small thumbnails of the first photos of an advert. Full photo galleries are never copied; they are shown by linking to the original advert.
