What the site is

We collect adverts from property portals and estate agencies in Andorra and show them in one place. We are not an estate agency, we do not act for buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and we are not a party to any transaction.

The information comes from third parties and can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Prices, availability and features must be checked with the publisher before any decision. Every property page links to the original advert.

Content and ownership

Adverts and photographs belong to the portals, agencies and owners who publish them. We show a summary and a small thumbnail with attribution, and we link to the source. Publishers can have their adverts removed at any time, see the page about removing a listing.

The database, the site design and the software are ours. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute the content of this site without written permission. An API for programmatic access will be offered separately.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information it shows.

We may change, suspend or stop the service at any time.

Subscriptions and refunds

The Pro plan is a subscription sold through our reseller Paddle, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and VAT. Prices are shown before checkout. The subscription renews monthly or yearly until you cancel from your account page or Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period and no partial refund is made for the remaining time.

Money-back guarantee: if Pro does not suit you, write to support@andorralistings.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per customer and only to the first charge of a first subscription; it does not apply to renewals, to a second subscription after a previous refund, or to accounts that have used the service in breach of these terms.

Renewal charges are not refundable. Paddle emails a reminder before each yearly renewal, and you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, tell us and the erroneous charge will be refunded. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within a few business days. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us ends the subscription and may close the account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra and any dispute is subject to the courts of Andorra.
