What the site is

We collect adverts from property portals and estate agencies in Andorra and show them in one place. We are not an estate agency, we do not act for buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and we are not a party to any transaction.

The information comes from third parties and can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Prices, availability and features must be checked with the publisher before any decision. Every property page links to the original advert.

Content and ownership

Adverts and photographs belong to the portals, agencies and owners who publish them. We show a summary and a small thumbnail with attribution, and we link to the source. Publishers can have their adverts removed at any time, see the page about removing a listing.

The database, the site design and the software are ours. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute the content of this site without written permission. An API for programmatic access will be offered separately.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information it shows.

We may change, suspend or stop the service at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra and any dispute is subject to the courts of Andorra.
