Where the listings come from

How duplicates are merged

The same home is often advertised on four or five sites, sometimes at different prices. Every advert is read and kept; the home is shown once.

Two adverts become one home when the evidence says so: the same agency reference on two portals, the same address and coordinates, the same size, rooms and price, the same photos. Where the evidence is only likely, the adverts are shown together but kept apart, marked as such.

The home’s page lists every site and its price, and links to each original advert. Contact goes to the agency, never to us.

A wrong merge can be reported from the home’s page.
